Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (plus extra for rolling)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 24 chocolate kiss candies, unwrapped

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, and both sugars until smooth.
- Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend dry mixture into the wet mixture.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in additional granulated sugar.
- Place on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow to cool completely on wire racks.
