Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F(190C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend dry mixture into the wet mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let stand on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.
